ReshapingtheRoleofFinancialProfessionals,DrivingBusinessPerformance2012年正值IMA旗下的CMA认证推出40周年。四十年的卓越历程中，CMA认证对管理会计行业的发展起到了举足轻重的作用。其所侧重的预算预测、内部控制、决策分析、风险管理等内容非常符合企业对会计人才的需求，在全球范围内被企业财务高管所广泛认可。自1972年CMA认证推出以来，总计有遍布100多个国家的37000余名专业人士通过这项严格的考试并成功获取认证资格。

accountingin2012.Overthecourseofits40-yearhistory,theCMAprogramhasplayedamajorroleinthedevelopmentofthemanagementaccountingprofession.Ithasfocusedspecificallyontheessentialcompetenciesrequiredbyorganizationsandtheirfinancialteamleaders,coveringplanning;performanceandcontrol;financialdecision-making;ethicsandmore.Sinceitslaunchin1972,morethan37,000professionalshaveearnedCMAcertificationbypassingthisrigorousexam.

IMA于2007年进入中国，目前拥有近7000名会员，已经发展成为凝聚企业财务高管和决策制定者的高端平台。2009年11月18日，IMA与外专局培训中心签约，推出CMA中文考试，合力在中国推广CMA认证项目。截至目前，中国地区持有CMA认证的专业人士已逾千人。据初步估计，中国对管理会计师的需求量至少为30万人。

IMAChinahasbeeninservicesince2007andrepresentsnearly7,000memberswhoworkasfinancialleadersanddecisionmakersinpublicandprivatecorporations.OnNovember18thin2009,IMAsignedtheagreementwithTCSAFEA(TrainingCenterofStateAdministrationofForeignExpertsAffairs)topartnerinlaunchingtheCMAChineseexamandpromotingtheCMAprograminChina.Currently,morethan1,000professionalshaveearnedCMAcertification.IMAestimatesthatthereisaneedfor300,000ormoremanagementaccountantsinChina.
