承钢公司炼铁高炉设备的检修优化研究

摘 要 在目前钢铁企业竞争激烈的形势下, 钢铁市场供大于求矛盾突出，钢材与原燃料的价格存在较大的差距，致使钢铁公司盈利水平大幅下降，这就要求钢铁公司对成本严格控制。相应的对钢铁设备的检修工作也提出了优化的迫切要求，即“要求钢铁企业在保证安全、稳定和可靠的条件下合理优化检修过程,降低检修成本，尽可能地降低冶炼的成本”。本文主要从缩短检修时间与减少检修成本两方面来研究高炉设备的检修优化。

Abstract Under the competitive situation of the iron and steel enterprises, the oversupply contradictions of the steel market are prominent presently. There is a big gap between the steel and raw fuel prices, resulting in sharp decline in profitability of Steel Corp. Thus the Steel Corp is required to strictly control the cost. The requirements to the corresponding optimization of steel equipment repair work are urgently, which is the iron and steel enterprises optimize the maintenance process in ensuring the safety, stability and reliable conditions, reducing maintenance costs, as far as possible to reduce the cost of smelting. This article mainly study the maintenance optimization of the blast furnace equipment from two aspects which is shortening maintenance time and reducing the cost of maintenance.
