DESCRIPTION

This soft recovery, high speed rectifier is ideally suited for high performance in highvoltage switching applications. The performance of this rectifier minimizes losses inpower conversion and motor control circuits complementing the switchingcharacteristics of power MOSFETs, IGBTs, and bipolar transistors.
