大连市发展港口物流问题研究

摘要：为顺应国家振兴东北计划，加快推进大连建设东北亚国际航运中心的步伐，我们应该突破原有港口作为单一交通枢纽基础设施的观念，结合现代物流的功能要求，大力发展大连的港口物流业。包括正确选择物流发展模式，对港口资源进行重新整合，使港口功能适应未来国际集装箱多式联运和国际物流网络节点的要求等，把大连建设成现代物流中心，以全面提升港口及城市竞争力。

Research on Developing Port Logistics of Dalian

Abstract: In order to develop a northeast plan, sped Dalian to constuct international shipping center of northeast Asia, we should break original idea which the port is only transportation vital, combining the function request of modern logistics, developing the port logistics industry of Dalian. We should choice a proper develop mode of logistics, integrate the port resources, make the port function meet the request of international container multimodal transport and international logistics network node in the future. So we can make Dalian a modern logistics center, and promote port and city competition ability completely.

现代港口是不同运输方式交汇的最大、最重要的集结地，也是全球综合运输网络的重要节点和国际物流链上的重要一环，大力发展现代港口物流业有着得天独厚的先决条件和内在潜质，也是港口自身实现跨越式发展的必经途径和战略目标。因此，越来越多的港口城市，不约而同地开始发展现代物流。

我国做出振兴东北的战略决策，不仅因为东北地区有较好的工业基础，更重要的是东北地区有辽宁沿海港口群的依托。港口水运是东北地区跨区域运输体系的主体，港口在东北综合运输体系中发挥着重要作用。

大连港是全国沿海主要港口和综合运输体系的重要枢纽；全国集装箱干线港和辽宁沿海的中心港口；建设大连东北亚航运中心和东北老工业基地经济社会发展以及参与全球经济合作与竞争的重要依托；腹地大宗能源、原材料运输的主要中转港。大连市港口物流业的发展必将对城市经济的提升起着重要作用，对整个东北振兴计划也会产生现实和深远的积极影响[1]。
