【内容提要】明代是中国档案事业的大发展时期，这一时期的文书缮写制度、用纸制度、票拟批红制度、公文邮驿制度、保密制度、行移勘合制度、归档制度、利用制度等等，贯穿了文书档案从撰写到最终保管的各个环节，并且涉及从皇帝到朝廷臣工，甚至微乎其微的铺兵，使得整个明代档案文书事业显得更为严密。这些制度通过颁布公文体式以及用《洪武正韵》、《大明律》等方式颁布施行，不仅为明代其他各项事业的顺利进行提供了保障，而且也成为明政府处理各种政事的依据和基础。

The Ming dynasty is the period in which the archival work had great and further development. In this period, the working procedure of official documents was reflected in a series of systems, such as documents scribing system, paper system, preliminary plan for the emperor's approval and the emperor's approval system, official document postal system, secrecy system, document conjunction system, filing system, utilization system and so on. The content of these systems are related to the emperor, the courtiers and even auxiliary soldiers, which made the archival work in Ming dynasty stringent.
