创业意向影响因素研究

Abstract:ThisarticlesystematicallyinvestigatesthedeterminantsofindividualentrepreneurialintentionsinthecontextofChineseculture.Inthepastthreedecades,underthealmostsameexternalandinternalconditions,someentrepreneursachievedmuchmoresuccessindoingnewbusinessthanothers.Theresearchersbegantopayattentiontotheentrepreneurialintentionswhichcanhavegreatimpactsontheentrepreneurialbehaviors.Basedontheliteraturereviewandstructuralinterview,thearticlefocusesonconstructingamodelofdescribingwhatfactorimpacts

willbeonindividualentrepreneurialintention.Avarietyofstatisticalmethods(EFAandCFA)wereusedtoprovideevidencethatthemeasurementtoolsarereliableandvalid.

First,inapilotresearch,anindigenousmodelofentrepreneurialintentionwasbuiltwith142samples.Second,onthebasisoftheformerresearch,anintegratedmodelwasconstructedwith560samples,whichconsistsoftwolevelfactors(individualdispositionlevelandindividualresourcelevel),andsixdimensions(achievementorientation,autonomy,risktaking,payoff,resourceavailabilityandfutureemployment).

Theresultindicatedthatthefactorsof

dispositionallevelandthefactorsofresourcelevelsarecomplementaryinpredictingindividualentrepreneurialintentions.Threeindividualdispositionlevelfactors(achievementorientation,
