ALL times and dates on this form must be in LOCAL format. Answer“Damage Found?” for each section. If damage is found, complete the bottom section of this form. Ramp Operations Manual R3-5-5-2 explains form completion responsibility.

Exterior Pre Check must be completed PRIOR to OFFLOAD and/or PRIOR to ONLOAD. Document the start time when this check begins. Compartment checks must be completed AFTER OFFLOAD and/or PRIOR to ONLOAD. Compartment checks must be completed AFTER the Exterior Pre Check. Exterior Post Check must be completed AFTER OFFLOAD and/or AFTER ONLOAD is completed. Once each check is finished, complete Signature, EE#, and Time blocks.

Check for inoperative/missing PDUs and rollers. Check control panel/box to ensure proper operation. Check for holes in sidewalls and floor panels. Remove debris/FOD/inbound packages/ULDs. Check the condition of Halon hoses and fittings (aircraft receptacle) for proper working order (if applicable).
