Topic: Multilateral cooperation in natural resources exploitation

as a developed country which play a very important role in the World ,Japan attend this meeting with the attitude of positive and esponsible,on the problem , “cooperation in natural resources exploitation” Japan is work hard on helping developing country and coropratian ,on this problem ,Japan has some

viewpoints ,such as

1. Japan has the willing to support to establish good relationship of' Multilateral

cooperation in natural resources exploitation’ with other countries.

2. Japan would like to provide Science，Technology and funds to help less developed

areas to develop their development and utilization of resources.

3. Japan is willing to share technology and resources with the countries he work

with.

4. Japan insists: some areas of the East China Sea belongs to Japan，therefore Japan

owns the legitimate rights of developing resources.

5. Japan is willing to comply with the "median line" principle，and work together

with China to develop many oil fields such as "white birch oil"，and make the East Sea more peaceful.

6. In recent years，since Japan is composed of many small islands on Pacific,there is

a great impact of Globle warming affecting Japan's climate and the normal production and life.To develop of heavy industry in the territory of the Pacific will leads to a adverse effect on Japan's environment.Therefore，Japan has the reason to put a number of heavy plant in developing countries，which also brings China the improvment of their technological，economic and employment situation.
