规模化奶牛场粪污收集及处理系统

摘 要：本文阐述了关于规模化奶牛场粪污收集、粪污输送及粪污处理的一体化解决方案，结合我国奶牛养殖业向规模化、集约化、标准化发展趋势，提出了牛舍内采用智能化刮板将牛粪尿刮至牛舍中间的集粪渠，经地下管渠将粪污集中输送到粪污处理区进行固液分离，固体堆肥后做成有机肥（或牛床垫料），液体经厌氧（或曝氧、好氧）后灌溉周边的农田的处理方案。此粪污处理系统能够实现节能减排，符合我国对环境保护的要求，是未来奶牛场发展低碳经济的必然选择。本文对粪污处理工艺流程及刮板、固液分离设备的优势进行了详细介绍，希望对规模化奶牛场经营管理者在选择粪污处理模式时提供借鉴。

Manure Collection and treatment systems of Large-scale Dairy Farm

Abstract：This paper describes the manure dealing system in large-scale dairy farm. With the development of the dairy farm, we propose that collecting manure in the middle channel of the barn using scraper, and then the manure will be transported to waste treatment area through underground channels and pipes After solid-liquid separation, solid made of organic fertilizer after composting, liquid by anaerobic (or exposed to oxygen, aerobic) after irrigation of agricultural land surrounding the treatment program. The waste treatment system to achieve energy saving and emission reduction, consistent with the requirements of environmental protection in China is the future of dairy inevitable choice for a low carbon economy. In this paper, manure scraper, and separator principle of screening devices and related parameters were introduced to on the ranch managers in selecting waste treatment device for reference.
