The influence of the human activity on the earth

Since the dawn of man, people have been living on the planet. And nowadays, when it comes to the topic about the influence of human activity on the earth, Opinions vary from individual to individual, from culture to culture.
Some who are in favor of the opinion that huamn activity on the erath are having a positive influence on the earth. They hold the view that human activity can transform nature and make the earth better for human living.
Others argue that their opinions are just the opposite. They are convinced that thanks to human activity on the earth, the ecological balance of natural is damaged seriousely, and natural disasters are becoming more frequent and destructive. As a result, floods, storms, earthquakes, tsunamis and other natural disasters kill thousands of people every year.
From my point of view, there is no immediate solution to the topic. But as far as I am concerned, human activity have pros and cons. On the one hand, human activity have positive influence on the earth. Human beings try to transform nature for better living. Just like the use of solar energy. But on the other hand, human activity have destroyed the earth indeed by using modern technology. It goes without saying that increasingly severe pollution is a perfect example. In conclusion, I think we should transform the earth for better living, but we human beings must protect the earth, which is our home.
