小肾癌的多层螺旋CT诊断与病理对照研究
[摘要] 目的 对小肾癌的多层螺旋ct表现与病理结果对照分析，探讨多层螺旋ct在小肾癌诊断中的价值。 方法 回顾性分析2008年1月～2011年1月本院22例小肾癌患者的多层螺旋ct表现与病理结果。 结果 小肾癌ct平扫呈现高密度3例，等密度15例，低密度4例。增强扫描皮质期强化高于或等于正常肾皮质，实质期强化均明显减退，肾盂期进一步减退。 结论 肾癌的ct表现与其病理类型和肿瘤的内部结构有关，多层螺旋ct对小肾癌的诊断有重要的临床价值。
